Perfect Home Upgrade offers the following renovation services to residential clients in Woodmere, NY and surrounding Long Island areas:
All initial consultations are complimentary. Following an on-site assessment, we provide a written estimate detailing labor, materials, and project scope. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes requested after signing may result in revised pricing through a documented change order.
A formal written contract will be executed before any work begins. The contract will specify project scope, materials, timeline, total cost, payment schedule, and warranty terms. Verbal agreements or representations not included in the written contract are not binding.
Standard payment schedule for renovation projects:
Financing options are available through our partner lenders for qualified buyers. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.
Project timelines provided in the contract are estimates based on typical conditions. Delays caused by weather, material shortages, change orders, hidden structural issues, or circumstances beyond our control may extend timelines. We commit to communicating any delays promptly and working diligently to minimize disruption.
Perfect Home Upgrade obtains all necessary permits and arranges required inspections in compliance with Woodmere, Nassau County, and New York State building codes. Permit costs are typically included in the project estimate unless otherwise noted.
We provide a 5-year workmanship warranty on all renovation projects, effective from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, natural disasters, or modifications made by parties other than Perfect Home Upgrade. Material warranties are provided by their respective manufacturers and facilitated through our company.
Any changes to the original scope of work must be documented through a written change order signed by both parties. Change orders may affect project cost and timeline. Work on changes will not commence until the change order is signed and any required deposit is received.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. If cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered or work has begun, the client is responsible for all materials purchased, work completed, and a reasonable cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable once materials are ordered.
Perfect Home Upgrade carries comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We are not liable for damages to personal property not directly related to the renovation work area. Clients are encouraged to remove valuables from work zones prior to project commencement.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the courts of Nassau County, New York, in accordance with New York State law.
Perfect Home Upgrade reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
